To uphold our quality standards, a Heavy Duty Fee of $75 to $150 may be applied to properties that require substantially more time, effort, or supplies due to their condition. Should this apply, our office will contact you prior to the cleaning. Additionally: * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 service fee. * If our team arrives and is unable to complete the cleaning due to access issues, the property not being move-out ready, or other unforeseen barriers, a $100 service fee will apply.
